The Art Of Forming a Habit,

  • Be determined when trying to make something a habit. Don't fool yourself.
  • Reward yourself when you stick to the habit and punish yourself(not literally, be creative) when you break it. 
  • Stick to a schedule, as in Go to the gym at the same time of the day, read before going to bed etc
  • Involve like-minded, determined people. 
  • Don't stress yourself over it. 

If you still fail, its important to isolate the problem area and find an alternative. Lazy? Bored? Taking it easy? Lack of Time?

  1. Determination is the key nah..Come what may, the mind is the controller and if we get to be strict to the mind, I think it will take over and help us achieve what we set out for, atleast n those aspects that we seem to have some control over in life..

  2. Lol, the trick is in making the punishments enjoyable and productive. After all, we define our own rules!
